It is well known for the 1,700-acre Frank G. Bonelli Recreational Area which has a beautiful lake, hiking/biking trails, parks and picnic areas. The city is also home to the San Dimas Canyon Golf Club, and over 27 miles of equestrian trails for riding. San Dimas has a growing downtown that maintains a nostalgic “old western” feel.
