An email introducing your property, including photos, description, video and listing information will be sent to a personally curated list of the top 500 local Realtors in the region, as well as targeted “feeder market” areas such as Pasadena and other westside markets.
These agents will also be sent an invitation to preview your property in person, putting your home directly in front of the agents most likely to be working with qualified buyers who may be interested in your home.
We include your property in our Weekly Listing Email campaign that goes out to over 1,200 personal contacts, including past and current clients, active buyers, open house visitors, and local community influencers and business owners. This same group also receives our monthly company newsletter, which always includes a section with all of our available property listings.
