Having lived in Claremont and the surrounding communities since the age of four, Joseph is a native of the San Gabriel Valley and continues to work professionally in the area. As a current resident of Claremont, Joseph utterly understands the different neighborhoods, eclectic lifestyle, and diverse community that this area has to offer.
Joseph attended and graduated from Cal Poly Pomona, Cum Laude, with an International Business and Marketing Degree with an emphasis in Marketing Management. While studying at Cal Poly, Joseph quickly learned how to collaborate with other individuals to achieve a common task and fulfill goals, which is critical to a smooth real estate transaction. Oftentimes, he would be placed as the project lead during his studies, so Joseph knows how to lead a team and prioritize elements of a project. Leadership roles at the collegiate level in conjunction with a decade in the customer service industry and real estate field’s means that Joseph ensures his clients receive the best service possible. He prides himself on delivering top tier concierge level assistance in all parts of a real estate transaction.

Joseph has gone on to earn his Accredited Buyer’s Representation® designation as well as his e-Pro designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. Both programs help Joseph to better serve clients by utilizing advanced negotiation tactics, navigate the purchase process efficiently, and utilize an arsenal of technology to achieve the best results.
Joseph enjoys a love for photography, videography, and digital photo editing which he has studied since high school and into college. After several successful years photographing for friends and family, he has since decided to take his talents and expand them into real estate, aerial drone photography, and architectural photography. This expertise aids in making listings stand out in the crowd, especially in a digital marketing age. Joseph also enjoys working on his classic Datsun and working with his hands in his spare time, so he is no stranger to complex situations and problem solving. He is also a natural athlete, participating in a variety of team sports from pre-elementary school aged, through high school, and beyond. Raised by a single mother who worked as an on-call ER nurse while parenting three boys, Joseph inherited a tireless work ethic and is relentless when a task needs to be completed.
