Meet Ryan Zimmerman

Ryan Zimmerman is a real estate broker and co-owner of Concierge Realty Group, and part of the #1 producing real estate team in Claremont, CA since 2024. A Claremont native, Ryan entered the real estate market in 2005 and quickly became one of the top-producing agents in the city. He holds the CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES, and e-PRO professional designations and specializes in selling homes throughout all Claremont neighborhoods, including the Claremont Village, Padua Hills, Towne Ranch and the many other unique and wonderful neighborhoods throughout the city.

Having lived in Claremont his entire life, Ryan brings an intimate knowledge of the city's neighborhoods, amenities, and local market to every transaction. That local expertise, paired with a calm, patient approach to understanding each client's individual needs and a sharp ability to negotiate toward a positive outcome, consistently translates into successful sales for his clients.

Ryan is deeply involved in the Claremont community. He is a member of the Claremont Chamber of Commerce and a past board member, past Chair of the Claremont Young Professionals, past president of the Claremont Lewis Museum of Art, and a current board member of Mt. San Antonio Gardens. He has also coached Claremont youth soccer for nearly seven years. Ryan lives in Claremont with his wife, Melissa, and their two sons, Milo and Roen.
